Giving hope and freedom from human trafficking

Over 28 Million People Are Trafficked Worldwide

With your help, we can target the systems that make human trafficking possible and work toward prevention.

Come one, come all! Join us for our spring fundraiser, the 3rd annual “Run for Hope” 5k run/walk.

All funds raised from this event will go toward the Hope House, which will be a survivor care and rehabilitation facility here in Benton county. If you would like to read more about the vision for Hope House, there is more information below.

HOPE HOUSE

HOPE HOUSE

Human trafficking affects an estimated 40 million people worldwide. Here in the United States, there is a critical need for safe housing. In 2021 National Trafficking Sheltered Alliance reported that there were over 300,000 requests nationwide for a human trafficking specific bed and only 1,300 beds available. Without safe housing, victims face the unthinkable of returning to their trafficker, the only “shelter” they know. Here at Hope5one, we feel an extreme burden for this housing crisis and desire to build a facility that will provide safe housing as well as a long term care and recovery program for women coming out of a trafficking situation. Would you consider partnering with us? Your gift of any size will help us make the Hope House a reality. Our next step in this process is to “pour the floor in ‘24”. We are currently at 55% of what is needed to purchase land. We are hopeful that by the end of 2024 we will be able to purchase the land and pour the foundation for Hope House. Thank you in advance for considering how you might come alongside us in this process.

Human trafficking is the business of stealing freedom for profit, using force, fraud, or coercion.

  • It is estimated that there are over 40 million people in slavery worldwide.

  • Human trafficking is an estimated $150 billion per year industry and the fastest growing crime in the world.

  • Human trafficking can take the form of sex trafficking (using force, fraud, or coercion to perform a commercial sex act) or labor trafficking (using force, fraud, or coercion to induce an individual to work or provide a service).

  • 96% of victims are women. 50% are children.
